Guide for Authors

Your paper should be compiled in the following order: title page; abstract; keywords; main text introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion; acknowledgments; declaration of interest statement; references; appendices (as appropriate); table(s) with caption(s) (on individual pages); figures; figure captions (as a list).

The order of the article should be as follows:

Title page

Abstract

Keywords

Introduction

Result and discussion

Conclusion

Experimental (0r Material and methods)

Acknowledgments

References

Title page:

The title should be concise and accurately reflect the content.

Full names and addresses of authors should be given after the title on the first page. Indicate the corresponding author of an asterisk and provide his or her e-mail address on this page.

Main file:

-The abstract should be a clear, concise, one-paragraph synopsis (less than 300 words)

-The keyword should be a maximum of 3-6 keywords.

The font should be Times New Roman (in 12 point font).

-The Acknowledgments should be placed in a separate paragraph after the text of the review.

References

References should be included using the format described in below:

For article

Graphical abstract

The graphical abstract is mandatory for this journal. It should summarize the contents of the article in a concise, pictorial form designed to capture the attention of a wide readership online. Authors must provide images that clearly represent the work described in the article. Graphical abstracts should be submitted as a separate file in the online submission system.

Highlight

Highlights are a short collection of bullet points that convey the core findings and provide readers with a quick textual overview of the article. These three to five bullet points describe the essence of the research (e.g. results or conclusions) and highlight what is distinctive about it.

 

Proof correction

 Corresponding authors will receive an e-mail contains the copyright form and the galley proof file. All instructions for proofing will be given in the e-mail we send to the authors. We will do everything possible to get your article published quickly and accurately - please upload all of your corrections and the signed copyright letter within 72 hours. It is important to ensure that all corrections are sent back to us in one communication. Please check carefully before replying, as the inclusion of any subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed. Proofreading is solely your responsibility.

Note that Journal of Synthetic Chemistry (J Synth Chem) may proceed with the publication of your article if no response is received.

The average time between Submission and final decision is 6 weeks and the average time between acceptance and publication is 2 weeks.

 

All types of the paper accepted by Chem. Methodol. are below:

(a) Review Article (Over 10 pages)

(b) Full-Paper (Over 6 pages)

(c) Short Communication (less than 6 pages)

(d) Mini-Review Article (less than 10 pages)

 

The files required to submit an article are:

  1. " Main File "
  2. Graphical Abstract (in JPEG or Word format)
  3. Supplementary information for review.
  4. Cover Letter
  5. Completed Copyright Form

You can download an article as a template from the site (J Synth Chem) and prepare the article for submission based on that.
